School Uniform
Parents/Carers are encouraged to support a sense of school pride and belonging in their child by ensuring they are in the correct uniform.
Red sweatshirts, cardigans, PE tops and book bags with logo can be purchased online from Brigade.

White polo shirts, school trousers, shorts and skirts are available from most supermarkets
Boys
- Smart grey uniform trousers or grey shorts in the warmer weather
- Black sensible polishable shoes (no trainers or boots please) avoid laces if child not confident to tie own laces
- White shirt or polo shirt

Girls

- grey or black tights or white socks

- In the summer girls may wear red checked dress
P.E. & Games (To be worn to school on PE days as informed by Classteacher)
Boys
- Plain black shorts or plain black tracksuit bottoms
- Red t-shirt, ideally with logo (ordered from Brigade website)
- Trainers
- Swimming trunks (fitted type not baggy) for swimming in yr 3, 4 and 5 when timetabled
Girls
- Plain black shorts or plain black leggings
- Red t-shirt, ideally with logo (ordered from Brigade website)
- Trainers
- One-piece swimming costume in yr 3, 4, 5 for swimming when timetabled.
Pupils involved in winter games need to have a sensible plain tracksuit to wear.
A lost property box is kept in school.
Health and Safety
For your child’s safety and the safety of other pupils;
- Jewellery should NOT be worn at school
- Pupils who have pierced ears should wear studs only which should not be worn on PE days. No hooped earings.
- A basic wristwatch or fitbit may be worn in key stage 2, but removed for PE. No smart watches allowed.
- Make up must NOT be worn in school except for special occasions e.g. drama presentations.
- Hair accessories should be small in size and school colours (red, black or white)
- Shoulder length hair or longer hair should be tied or clipped back
- Nails should be kept short- False or Acrylic nails are not permitted.
- Nail varnish is not allowed
- Coloured hair dye is not permitted
